The Operator is the one gun where your normal crosshair is mostly irrelevant. The moment you right click, the scope takes over and the only thing you see is the sniper profile, which is a completely separate setting that most players never open.
That profile has its own dot size, colour and opacity. Setting it deliberately is the single highest value crosshair change an Operator player can make, because the default is easy to lose against bright walls. Your hipfire crosshair still matters for the moments you are caught unscoped, so keep that small and static.
